​If you’re humming and hawing over an item, you can save it for later in a wishlist. Wishlists let you create personalized collections of products you may want to buy at a later date, saving them in your user account for future reference. You can make wishlists for your different marketing needs, as gifts for friends and family, etc. When you’re ready to buy, simply go into your wish list and move to your cart!
Sometimes, our products are out of stock, or haven’t been released just yet! If you’re eager to get your hands on an out-of-stock item, you can get it on pre-order. You will not be charged until it is released and shipped at a later date. And you get first dibs when that happens! Popular and anticipated items often sell out quickly, so this is a great way to make sure you get what you want, ASAP.
A pre-order puts you first line line for a product upon release – once it’s shipped, we charge you for that item. You won’t be charged for anything in your wishlists until you put it in your cart and hit purchase.

We want you to be completely happy with your Phlywheel purchase! That said, if you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help. We’re proud to offer free returns on courses and physical products within 7 days of receiving your order, no questions asked. Please note, digital downloads are eligible for store credit only. Physical items must be in original condition and returned with the original sales receipt. Customers are responsible for all return costs. Returns can only be made to the original card used to make the order, and can take up to 10 days to process once they are received. To arrange a return, please email customercare@phlywheel.com. 

Yes! Digital products can be purchased and downloaded from anywhere.

Courses

Log in to your Phlywheel account and access your courses on any device.

Courses are not available for direct download. But they can be accessed online from any device using your Phlywheel account login details. 

Not yet… but we’re working on it! 

Each course is different, but Fasterclasses are shorter than Masterclasses and have fewer lessons. Lessons range from 15 minutes to 45 minutes each. You can binge-watch an entire course, or go one lesson at a time. You set your own pace, so it’s entirely up to you! 

Take as long or as little as you like! At any point, feel free to stop and pick up where you left off. Your Masterclass or Fasterclass will patiently wait for you when you log back on.

All course materials – including Workbooks, Templates, Guides, Cheatsheets, and more – come bundled with the purchase of a course, so you don’t need to buy any of the materials mentioned.

Purchase courses from our Shop here, you’ll receive a special login to access that specific course! Log in from anywhere, at any time, to go through the course lessons at your own pace.

No extra software is required to enjoy Phlywheel courses.  Make sure that you have an up-to-date web browser, an internet connection that allows you to play videos, and a Phlywheel account associated with your course – and you’re ready to go!
