YouTube pauses Rewind
🗓️ As the year ends, we enter dreaded List Week. Soon you’ll be pummeled with more top 10 lists than a BuzzFeed intern. YouTube won’t be joining in. They’ve canceled the yearly Rewind because, “2020 has been different”. Sure, that’s the reason… It’s certainly not the universal panning that the last two (‘18, ‘19) received.
Antitrust a$$ whooping
💪 Unsatisfied with dragging Facebook’s butt to court over antitrust issues, 28 states have also filed lawsuits against Google. The reasons include denial of: competition, higher quality services, and privacy protections. I’m just thinking that Google stopped playing ball and is now paying the price.
